The research focuses on understanding the mechanisms underlying fiber degradation, including the role of lignin composition, cell wall architecture, and interactions with rumen microbiota. Using a combination of in vitro, in situ, and in vivo techniques, chemical analyses, and data-driven approaches, I aim to identify key factors limiting fiber utilization and translate these findings into strategies to improve feed efficiency and sustainability in dairy systems.
