My PhD examines health and feeding strategies in dairy herds to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I analyse how mastitis, claw lesions, and metabolic disorders affect cow performance, farm economics, and climate impact. Using national and EU project data, I assess preventive measures, feed additives, and the gap between perceived and actual disease costs.
I have taught strategic management in Management and Economy in Livestock Farms. Teaching is an important part of my academic work, and I aim to help students develop skills and critical thinking in agricultural management and related topics.
I participate in national and international projects including R4D, KlimaKS, INCOME, and the European Partnership on Animal Health and Welfare. These collaborations link research and practice to support the green transition in dairy farming.
