The PhD study that I am working on has the title of “Enteric methane production and feed quality of grasses with differing carbon sequestration potential” and it is related to the project “ClimateReach”.
This project aims to improve the agronomic and environmental performance of dairy production by enhancing the role of grasslands in carbon storage, nutrient management, and forage quality.
My focus is to explore in how forage quality can contribute to reducing methane emissions from dairy cows.
