I have worked with poultry nutrition, production and welfare for more than 30 years and have extensive experience in planning and implementing projects, and have been project manager for several projects in the field of both conventional and organic poultry production. For organic poultry projects the effect of nutrition on different genotypes and sustainability aspects has been an important focus.
I have strong national and international networks within my discipline and have chaired the European Working Group on Poultry Nutrition (WG2 - under the World's Poultry Science Association), since 2009.
