In my current research, I investigate the influence of protein and essential amino acid levels on microbiota composition, microbial activity, and gut health in weaned piglets.
I also work as the PIG-PARADIGM project’s official illustrator, where I create project illustrations for the PIG-PARADIGM newsletter.
