I am a Behavioural Ecologist with a strong background in mammalian odor research.
My current focus is to automate behavioural analysis of large video datasets via machine learning.
Working on combining behavioral ecology with Machine Learning/Deep Learning in order to extract behavior from video data and cluster repeating behaviours automatically.
I am currently working mainly with DeepLabCut and keypoint-moseq.
This approach allows for a more granular analysis of data, while reducing the need to manually score videos and therefore reduce observer bias.
