I am dedicated to addressing the global hunger crisis by increasing the availability of cattle derived food through advanced reproductive technologies. My research focuses on comparing and improving two key Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) methods: in vivo and in vitro embryo production. While in vitro techniques hold greater potential for large-scale application, they also present specific biological limitations. To better understand and optimize these methods, I integrate transcriptomic and epigenomic approaches, aiming to uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying developmental outcomes. This work ultimately supports the improvement of ART for more efficient and sustainable livestock production.
