Webinar: How do we make dairy production more climate-friendly?

Sustainability in dairy production is a top priority in the U.S. and in Denmark. Participate in the webinar “Roads to sustainability in dairy production: Enteric methane and feed additives” and get insights on the latest developments within the sector’s green transition.

The webinar will discuss how far we are in bringing solutions out of the labs and into the farms. Where are we in terms of evaluating methane reduction claims of different feed additives? And once approved for use, how should we promote adoption of feed additives on the market?

Experienced players in the field will set the scene for discussions and knowledge sharing on challenges with enteric emissions in dairy production – and you are invited!

You will gain insights from:
👉 Peter Lund, professor at Aarhus University
👉 Sander van Zijderveld, Strategic Marketing and Technology Lead Ruminants West-Europe at Cargill
👉 Ermias Kebreab, professor at UC Davis
👉 Christine Brøkner, Global R&D Lead at Arla
👉 Michael Boccadoro, CEO at Dairy Cares

The webinar takes place on February 22, 8.30-9.30 am PST / 5.30-6.30 pm CET, and the organizers are California Department of Food and Agriculture and the Embassy of Denmark in the United States.
